Censeo will be involved in assessing your affordability for the Housing Associations, Council or Developer and help you secure a mortgage to buy your home. Prepare for your mortgage.

At this stage, we would strongly recommend checking your credit report to avoid any unexpected surprises after you have reserved the property and applied for a mortgage. If you have reserved or registered an interest in a property, then now is the time to do a detailed affordability and mortgage assessment. You can use this if you know the property you are interested in and you want to go to the viewing with a Decision in Principle which can often benefit securing a property.
