Halifax has made the following changes to its product range:

The lender will pay the full balance of the 1% Stamp Duty Land Tax for First Time Buyers (FTB) where the property purchase price is between £125,001 and £250,000.

This equates to a cashback of between £1,250 and £2,500 on selected products.
