The Government announced today plans for a new range of shared ownership options to help the maximum amount of people onto the housing ladder.
Robert Jenrick, the Housing Minister, said that the minimum share you could buy in a property would drop from 25% to just 10%. And for those looking to staircase, they could buy more shares in their property in 1% instalments.
