NHS
All of us at Censeo recognise the enormous effort and personal sacrifice that NHS staff across the country have made during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
That’s why we are waiving our usual £445 brokerage fee for mortgage advice to all staff employed directly by an NHS Trust who are first time buyers or who want to use a company that really understands mortgages, especially in the key worker sector.
Since 2008, we have helped thousands of people get onto the property ladder. As a multi-award-winning broker we aim to be the very best in class when it comes to affordable housing and first-time buyers.
- We work with many housing associations across England and Wales.
- We have excellent relationships with all the key lenders. In fact, we have managed to secure exclusive deals with many of them.
- Our recommended solicitors panel specialise in all aspects of purchasing a shared ownership property.
So, if you have found a property and looking to buy your first home, Censeo is here to help you.
Simply fill out the online form below and we’ll do the rest!
