ANTI BRIBERY STATEMENT
Censeo is committed to conducting its business professionally and with honesty and integrity at all times and complies fully with the Bribery Act 2010.
Our employees including specialist contractors are not permitted to give any gift, hospitality or incur any expenses in relation to a current or prospective customer, supplier or employee without first obtaining authorisation from the company’s directors. The company acknowledges that genuine business hospitality or the carrying out of promotional activities proportionate to the business is reasonable and notes that such activities are not considered Bribery by the act.
Employees including specialist contractors are not permitted to receive or accept any gift or hospitality of any sort without first obtaining authorisation from the company’s directors.
Censeo strictly prohibits the giving of any donation to any political party or representative of any political party, either at local or national government level.
We are pleased to support local charities and considers such support as being a key part of supporting the local community in which we operate.
ENVIRONMENT STATEMENT
Censeo recognises its responsibility to the environment and is committed to minimising the impact of our activities by assessing our environmental impact as part of our day to day operations.
Our overall aim is to reduce the impacts associated with day-to-day operations while complying with relevant environmental legislation, reducing environmental impacts, increasing awareness, adopting best practice and maintaining value for money in all that we do.
We aim to:
– Minimise waste within day to day operations, ensuring we are as efficient as possible,
– Actively encourage green travel to minimise emissions,
– Actively recycling both internally and amongst our clients, contractors and suppliers

Censeo recognises the contribution of all our employees, contractors and suppliers. Our aims are to be supportive, fair and free from discrimination. MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
This policy is made pursuant to s.54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Censeo has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. Censeo has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery or human trafficking. We would not work with any organisation where it was known they were non-compliant to UK legislation.
Censeo are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings.
Although committed to carrying out proper due diligence, as a Professional Services supplier, Censeo considers the risk of modern slavery occurring within its business to be low due to the nature of its business and limited supply chain. This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, contractors, specialist consultants, suppliers and business partners.
The Directors of Censeo have overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations, and that all those under our control comply with it. The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains is the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control. Everyone is required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.
We aim to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. We are committed to ensuring no one suffers any detrimental treatment as a result of reporting in good faith a suspicion that modern slavery of whatever form is or may be taking place in any part of our own business or in any of our supply chains. Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery is communicated to all suppliers, contractors and business partners at the outset of our business relationship with them and reinforced as appropriate thereafter. Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
