Censeo Financial announces exclusive tie-up with HSBC

16 October, 2019

We are delighted that HSBC have agreed to partner with Censeo Financial to offer shared ownership mortgages. After a considerable amount of due diligence, HSBC have chosen Censeo to be the only specialist shared ownership intermediary in the UK that they will be working with.

Up until now, any purchaser wanting to obtain a shared ownership mortgage from HSBC had to go directly to a branch.

This is excellent news as they have some of the most competitive rates in the market – starting from a 1.24% mortgage based on a 2-year fixed rate.

Says Censeo founder Rupi Hunjan: “Getting to work with HSBC is an absolute honour as this also shows their commitment towards shared ownership. We have worked so hard for the past few years to show them the benefits of working with Censeo.

“With market leading rates and having access to HSBC products we will improve affordability for shared ownership purchasers, which is fantastic news for first time buyers in the sector.”

Censeo are proud to have the full complement of lenders available on the shared ownership market, making us a ‘one stop shop’ in every sense!
