Home buyers are experiencing delays due to a lack of qualified surveyors, according to Mortgage Strategy. The magazine states that the shortage has forced some of the country’s biggest firms to stop accepting new valuation instructions in certain areas as market activity increases. New survey reveals 85% of homes in Central London sold to foreign buyers

Number of first-time buyer transactions increases by 15% in April
