House prices bounce back post summer Lockdown

According to the Halifax, house prices bounced back strongly in the summer once the Lockdown restrictions were eased.
The bank’s latest report reveals that house prices rose 3.3% in the third quarter to September.
This rise in prices is very much down to the pent-up demand caused by the Coronavirus, the Stamp Duty holiday put in place by the Government and potentially people’s desire for more space.
